Wide view of a carved curve
The mantel arcs across a heavy carved French/Louis surround, while the integrated legs continue down to a visible hearth. White Volakas marble is presented with a polished surface that brings out the movement of the stone. The wide landscape view keeps both outer edges and the full mantel in frame, with no overmantel above the shelf. It is a showroom setting, so the surround can be judged as a complete architectural frame around the opening.
Options for stone and size
The same design can be discussed in another natural material such as travertine, Arabescato Corchia marble, or green marble. Review the White marble fireplaces to compare how different pale stones alter the carving. Dimension changes, small orders from one piece, larger batches, and available stock can all be discussed before production. A sample or agreed finish is useful for judging the final surface.
