Carved form and finish
This design uses a curved French/Louis silhouette with heavy carving across the surround and integrated legs. The mantel shelf follows that curve, and a visible hearth runs below the opening. This example is polished White Volakas marble around an electric firebox. Across its four views, the firebox appears in both finished and installed settings, while the curved face remains uninterrupted by an overmantel.
Stone and size choices
